Little Gem Cottages provide luxury 4 star self-catering accommodation in the Peak District. All are traditional stone cottages with attractive village locations and close to all Peak attractions. Little Gem Cottages currently offer long and short breaks set in a beautiful Peak District locale. Accommodation includes Corner Cottage and Willow Cottage, both of which are comfortable three bedroomed cottages that will comfortably sleep six.

Little Gem Cottages are situated in Ashford in the Water in the Derbyshire Peak District and there are a huge range of things to see and do. We are a convenient distance from Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, both stunning historic sties that are a must visit for anyone staying in the area, and Buxton and Bakewell are both on your doorstep for a visit at your leisure.

There are also many local pubs, a restaurant and a village shop along with a selection of tea rooms within easy walking distance, and if you love the outdoors you can take the time to enjoy fishing, walking, cycling, hiking and much more. There are many miles of cycle trails that can be enjoyed on foot or on a cycle. Cycles can be hired locally if you want to strike out slightly further afield.

Corner Cottage is a stunning three-hundred year old property that boasts wonderful unique features such as exposed beams, a galleried landing and historic stonework. The rooms are well appointed and furnished to a high standard and the lounge features a comfortable thee piece suite. The dining room happily seats eight, and the kitchen comes with everything you will need to make Corner Cottage your home away from home.

Willow Cottage has recently been refurbished from top to bottom and finished to the highest standard. The L-shaped sofas are perfect for relaxing on and the dining room/kitchen are fitted with the latest appliances and accessories.  The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and Willow Cottage is set in the peaceful surrounds of Ashford in the Water. The garden leads directly onto the River Wye and many attractions are just a short journey away.
